Pick up in person

If you live near us you can pick up your order at Trama Design Studio - Strada del Loggi 16F, Perugia 06135. We do not have a physical shop open to the public, but you will be contacted by email once your order is complete to arrange a pick-up appointment.

Damages and issues
Wax candles and ceramic objects are fragile items and it may happen that they get damaged during transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask you for photographic documentation of damaged or incorrect items together with the receipt as proof of purchase.

Returns 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return or have information regarding returns, contact us at info@trama.design.  Trama does not cover return shipping costs.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
