Cautha is an Etruscan deity that symbolize both underground and celestial realms. The name references Umbria, where Trama is based, and the candle’s double, sinuous shape. Designed through a geometric study of curves, each candle appears different depending on its position. Available in two heights with complementary shapes, they allow various combinations of form and color.
The product is entirely made with sustainable materials: beeswax used for this handcrafted candle come from certified sources and colored with non-toxic dyes, wicks are made of natural fiber.

CAUTHA CANDLE
Material and production
The candles are entirely handmade. Any imperfection or difference in appearance and color between one product and another should be considered the result of craftsmanship. Beeswax color is liable to change both at the origin and with the passing of time. A slight white patina can appear on the beeswax surface, which can be removed by wiping a cloth over the unlit candle.
